By checking the consent box, you agree that:
1. Electronic delivery. We may provide agreements, disclosures, notices, and records to you electronically, by email and through the Portal, instead of on paper.
2. Electronic signatures. Your electronic signature (including typing your name, clicking “I agree/sign,” or otherwise indicating assent) is the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature, you have the authority to enter into the agreements individually or on behalf of the entity you represent, as applicable, and agreements you sign electronically — including your Membership/License Agreement, lease, and storage/parking addendums — are valid, binding, and enforceable against the signing party under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and the Virginia Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).
3. Hardware/software. To access and retain electronic records you need a current web browser, an email account, and the ability to view and save PDF files.
4. Right to paper & withdrawal. You may request a paper copy of any record and may withdraw consent to electronic delivery for future non-essential communications by contacting info@hatchrichmond.com; withdrawal does not affect the validity of records already provided or agreements already signed, including the Membership Agreement.
5. Keeping your info current. You are responsible for keeping your email address current in the Portal.
