We welcome reports of security issues. Email info@hatchrichmond.com with details and steps to reproduce. Please do not access other members' data, degrade the service, or publicly disclose an issue before we have addressed it. We will acknowledge reports and will not pursue action against good-faith researchers who follow this policy. Testing beyond passive observation requires our prior written permission.
