Before uploading, you acknowledge:
1. Documents you upload become part of your member record and may be shared with our property-management system and authorized staff.
2. You are responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, and lawful provision of everything you upload.
3. You will upload only documents relevant to your membership (e.g., insurance, permits, licenses, identification requested by us, and signed agreements) and will not upload unrelated confidential information.
4. Maintaining valid, current insurance, licenses, and permits is your responsibility; automated reminders are a courtesy and not a guarantee. We do not verify or warrant the validity or sufficiency of documents you upload.
5. We store documents securely but cannot guarantee absolute security; retention and deletion follow our Data Retention Policy.
